Wind Damage

West Vancouver Major Wind Damage Restoration

This House suffered the misfortunes of having 3 trees come crashing down on it during the Vancouver windstorms. There was extensive exterior, roof and structural damage. Several rooms had to have the drywall and flooring removed due to water damage. We took on the task of restoring the house to its formal glory.

Preventive Maintenance and Repairs

Building Envelope Repair and repaint

This building was completely resealed and repainted. All the backed up gutters were cleaned and rotted out fascia boards were replaced. Up to 6 story scaffolding was erected around the building.

Water Damage

One of many

We have a extensive list of water damage repairs that we have worked on over the years. This particular repair shows what a bad end gutter seal can do. Water was trickling down into the wall behind the stucco and getting trapped at the base of the floor. If the gutters would have been installed properly this would have never happened.

Fire Damage

one of many

Even the smallest fire can wreck havoc with smoke and most likely water damage right after. We have repaired many buildings that suffered small to extensive fire damages. This particular townhouse had a lighting strike that somehow hit a gutter and caused a flash fire in the roof. We had to replace the entire roof including the engineered trusses as well as supporting girders. We restored the entire exterior including all the hardy and trim finishing.
